Norman Angel

Mr. Angel is an engineering graduate from Rutgers University in New Jersey, USA. He has been with the organization for 3 years following his 40 year career with Gerresheimer of Düsseldorf, Germany. He began his career with the Kimble Glass Division of Owens Illinois, and then Gerresheimer Glass Inc. of Gerresheimer AG following acquisition. The majority of Norman’s career has been spent in engineering and operations.
Norm’s responsibilities grew to Plant Manager for several Gerresheimer plants across multiple divisions leading up to Vice President, Director of Operations for North America where he also supported Gerresheimer Queretaro, Mexico. In late 2009, Mr. Angel was offered responsibilities as VP, Director Sales and Marketing for the Molded Glass Americas Division. Years later as Sr. VP of Molded Glass America, his responsibilities included sales and corporate initiatives including plant terminations and sales of operating plants, key operational assets, and negotiation and purchase of Gerresheimer properties.
Norman’s technical background and industry experience have enabled Assem-Pak | Aluseal to utilize him in a broad range of tasks and position him to best serve our customers and related markets.

Ms. Freeman is a Mathematics & Computer Science graduate from The University of Delaware. She has been with Assem-Pak | Aluseal since becoming a Partner in 2019. Ms. Freeman has been in the packaging industry since 1996 when she worked for Wheaton Industries for 17 years. Thereafter, she joined Eatem Foods as the CFO until she joined Assem-Pak | Aluseal.

Greg has been in the pharmaceutical packaging industry for the past 37 years serving in a variety of capacities in Operations and Quality Management. He began his career in 1981 at Kimble Glass/Owens-Illinois (now Gerresheimer) and worked his way up through the ranks to department supervisor before moving to Chase Instruments (currently part of DWK). Greg spent 3 years in Rockwood, TN serving as Production Manager for all glass manufacturing operations. He returned to New Jersey and began working for Comar in 1996 as a Department Supervisor and advanced to Plant Manager of the vial converting operation and ultimately as Operations Manager for the Plastics plant.
Greg was offered the opportunity to continue his career at Wheaton Industries, accepting the position of Vice President Operation in 2006. He had full responsibilities for all manufacturing, planning, supply chain and logistics activities in five plants spanning the United States and Europe. After 7 years in that capacity, Greg offered to assume the Vice President Quality Management Systems and Global Supply Chain role after one of his colleagues retired. In that role, he had full responsibility for Global Quality Assurance, Regulatory/Compliance and Strategic Sourcing for the organization. When the company was divested to private equity in 2015, the opportunity to pursue an ownership stake in Assem-Pak became the focus of his path forward. In June of 2017, he and Don Bayer Jr. executed Agreements that included assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer of the company.
Greg holds a B.S. in Business Management from Rowan University and an M.B.A. from Drexel University.
